Hey I’m Aoife! I’m an award winning illustrator, writer and comedian born and raised on the northside (Yup!) of Dublin. I’ve worked as a freelance illustrator for over 12 years and with companies such as Guinness, Aldi, Vodafone, SKY and more.

I’m best known for my children’s graphic novel series Frankie’s World which is based on my own experience growing up autistic. Since it’s release in 2022 with Scholastic, it has received wide spread recognition and has been translated into 7 languages including Spanish, Polish and Korean. It won illustrated children’s book of the year at The Week Junior book awards 2023 and was shortlisted for children’s book of the year at the An Post book awards.

I’m also known for my Your One Nikita books which were developed into an animated TV series for the RTE Player, animated and produced by Digital Beast.

I’ve spoken at a number of events including Offset and Creative Events and have performed stand up comedy at festivals such as Vodafone Comedy Festival, Body & Soul, Electric Picnic and more.
